Welcome to HostQuadrant. By accessing or using our website, hosting services, domain registration, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

HostQuadrant provides web hosting, domain name registration, SSL certificates, email hosting, and related online services. All services are subject to these Terms and any applicable service‑level agreements.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activity, including but not limited to:

• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or email harvesting
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
• Phishing, fraud, or identity theft
• Hosting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any illegal content
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Network attacks (DDoS, port scanning, etc.)
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Payment and Billing

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated. You authorise us to charge the selected payment method for recurring invoices. Late payments may result in service suspension. Domain renewals are non‑refundable once processed.

5. Service Availability and Backups

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced. We perform daily backups for shared hosting accounts, but you are strongly encouraged to keep your own backups. We are not responsible for data loss.

6. Refund Policy

Eligible shared hosting plans may receive a refund within the first 30 days of service. Non‑refundable items include: domain registrations, SSL certificates, setup fees, and add‑on services. No refunds for accounts terminated due to TOS violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostQuadrant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous six months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HostQuadrant harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third‑party rights.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non‑payment, or any reason that poses a risk to our network or other customers. You may cancel your account at any time via the Client Area.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
